What is private label?

"Private Label" refers to products that are manufactured by one company and sold by another. Through our platform, business owners and brands can purchase all the things they need to start selling their products as soon as they receive them.

How does it work?

Our website allows brands and businesses to launch their own personal care brand on one platform at affordable prices. Make an account or sign in (this is mandatory because it allows us to keep track of your purchases and labels), browse our catalog for the products you want, select if you need product photography services, then complete your order. You will receive an email for the next steps of label creation.

How much does private label cost? What is the minimum order quantity? 

The costs depend on: 

1. How many units of a product you are ordering. 
2. Whether or not you need professional product photography. 

Fortunately, you are in control of all of these factors and have the freedom to decide the scope of your needs. We offer low minimum order quantities, and each product has different pricing options.

Are your products FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve cosmetic or skin care products, only drug products that make claims about altering the skin or treating diseases. However, the FDA regulates the labels for all cosmetic and personal care products. Our team of industry experts will work closely with you to make sure your labels are up to industry standards and guidelines.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of the US at this time, but we are open to working on Custom Formulations and Development (for R&D purposes only, not commercial use) with companies outside the US.

What are the features of your products? 

All of our products are made using natural, plant-based, vegan, and hypoallergenic ingredients, making them excellent for those who wish to sell effective personal care and hygiene products without sacrificing their customers’ wellness. Our team of scientists leverage their expertise in chemistry and biology to create products of the highest quality. We carefully formulate our products to be efficient, safe, and aesthetically pleasing while using environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging.  

We never use parabens, sulfates, phthalates, alcohols, GMOs, and other potentially hazardous or unwanted ingredients. We never test on animals, making our products eligible for Leaping Bunny certification (each brand must submit their own application to receive the stamp on their labels – we are happy to provide the necessary documentation to get your brand certified!). 

How long is your delivery time?

After you place an order, please allow up to two weeks for processing and up to a week for delivery. 

For out-of-stock products, you may contact us for an estimated delivery time before pre-ordering.

What is your return policy? 

We allow returns up to 7 days after an order is delivered only for products that are damaged, defective, or if a spill happens during shipment for a refund. All orders over $150 are subject to a 30% restock fee, taken from the final refund. We do not allow returns for sample kits.

What restrictions apply to your private label offerings? 

Currently, we only work with cosmetics and personal care products (non-prescription). We do not offer any color cosmetics, supplements, homeopathic medicines, sunscreens, hemp and CBD products, or OTC drug products.

How do your photography services work? 

Each product listing has options for you to select the type of product photos you need. We offer simple product photography with neutral backgrounds that form the basis of e-commerce listings. Product photography is optional. 

Do I need to buy product insurance?

Although the products we develop are covered through our own insurance, we strongly recommend clients to purchase their own insurance for their products and business.
